Effective Immediately: New Covid-19 Emergency Temporary Standards For Business and Facility Owners.

On July 27th, 2020, the “New Emergency Temporary Standard” by the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry (“DOLI”) becames effective and applies to virtually all employers in Virginia. It is the first of its kind in the nation as part of a state’s response to the national pandemic.
