Nancy A. Kelley was admitted to the California State Bar in 1984 and the Arizona State Bar in 1993, after relocating to Arizona. She now confines her active practice to Arizona, where she has been in the Bullhead City area for over 17 years.

Nancy was born in the state of California. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she was named Outstanding Graduate in Accounting, and she went on to become a Certified Public Accountant. Nancy returned to school to study law, earning her Doctorate of Jurisprudence at the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. Nancy was a member of the Law Review during law school and graduated with honors in 1984. She has had work published in the field of international taxation.
