About Lindsey N. Dupuis

Lindsey practices family law. She grew up in the Chicago suburbs before moving to Alaska in 2011. She was admitted to the Alaska State Bar in 2012 and worked as an associate attorney at the Law Office of Dan Allan & Associates, where she practiced family law until she opened her own office in March 2016. ​​

Education

In 2011, she graduated from Vermont Law School and was admitted to the Alaska State Bar. In 2007, she received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Lindsey was named one of the Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys in 2016 and 2017.

Lindsey is a licensed attorney in the state of Alaska. She is a member of the Alaska Bar Association, where she is a member of the Family Law and Unbundled Services sections.

Volunteering

Lindsey volunteers for the Early Resolution Program, which provides free legal services and mediation to self-represented litigants in family law cases to help resolve issues and reach settlements without lengthy court trials.
When she is not caring for clients, she enjoys being outside and traveling with her family.
