Jennifer Colagiovanni is a Wachler & Associates, P.C. attorney. Ms. Colagiovanni practices in all areas of healthcare law, with a focus on regulatory compliance, physician contracting, and reimbursement issues such as Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor audit defense. She also advises healthcare providers on issues such as enrollment, professional licensing, and fraud and abuse.
Ms. Colagiovanni received her law degree with honors from Wayne State University Law School, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. She earned a B.A. in History with honors from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Ms. Colagiovanni joins Wachler & Associates with nearly a decade of experience in healthcare law. She previously worked as a partner at the Law Offices of Fehn, Robichaud & Colagiovanni, PLLC, a boutique healthcare law firm, where she advised healthcare providers and suppliers on a wide range of transactional and regulatory issues. Ms. Colagiovanni worked as a Staff Attorney at the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, where she created practical legal resources and live seminars for practicing attorneys, including serving as the Health Law Institute’s lead content developer. She was also the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at Wayne State University Law School, where she led and managed the Office of Student Affairs.
Ms. Colagiovanni is a member of the Michigan State Bar as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Health Care Law Section, the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, and the Michigan Chapter of the Mindfulness in Law Society.
