Daphne Webb, who has been in private practice since 1973, is one of only a few Wisconsin attorneys named in Woodward White’s The Best Lawyers in America for Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. In previous Milwaukee Magazine Super Lawyer issues, her peers chose her as one of Wisconsin’s Top 50 Lawyers and one of the Top 25 Women Lawyers. She is the 2019 Leonard L. Loeb Award recipient from the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Ms. Webb is a former Governor and Past President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers’ Wisconsin Chapter. The Academy is made up of the nation’s top family law and divorce attorneys from 47 states who specialize in marriage, divorce, custody, child placement, property valuation, property distribution, maintenance, and child support. The Academy was established in 1962 “to encourage the study, improve the practice, raise the standards, and advance the cause of matrimonial law in order to preserve the welfare of the family and society.”

Ms. Webb earned her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
She has served as Editor-in-Chief of the Wisconsin Journal of Family Law, as President of the Dane County Bar Association, and on the Board of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Family Law Section.
Ms. Webb serves on a fee arbitration panel for the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Fee Arbitration Program. Ms. Webb belongs to the Wisconsin Association of Mediators. Ms. Webb conducts private mediation and arbitration as part of her practice and is a certified Collaborative Law practitioner.
